The Hockey Performance Lab is looking to hire qualified, passionate, enthusiastic individuals that love to teach, learn and grow in an expanding organization.

Customer Service Representative: In this role you will help manage the flow of the front desk, greet members and guests, answer questions and work closely with the other members on the team. The qualified person will be enthusiastic, high energy level, and have solid customer service skills preferably working in a retail environment.

Business Development Coach: The Business Coach is the first line of support for our members.  This position is responsible for helping increase sales by coaching customers on training paths.

On Ice & Off Ice Coaches: Conduct practice sessions according to HPL training plans. Adjust coaching techniques, based on the strengths and weaknesses of athletes. Conduct sports-related activities, such as training camps, skill-improvement courses, clinics, and pre-season try-outs. Keep abreast of changing rules, techniques, technologies, and philosophies relevant to the sport. Evaluate athletes’ skills and review performance records to determine their fitness and potential in a particular area of hockey.

Interns: Applicants are expected to have a passionate interest in athletic development, feel comfortable interacting with clients, parents, and coaches, and maintain a professional appearance and conduct. More than anything, HPL wants interns that are motivated, have an open mind, and are eager to learn.
